The annual report, Delivering Our Vision, showcases the division’s key achievements and progress made by HR, Ethics, and Compliance (HREC), reflecting the team's commitment to USC’s mission through inclusion and service.
The goal: to highlight progress, reinforce the division’s commitment to inclusion and service, and demonstrate its ongoing support of USC’s mission.
The concept reflects HREC’s inclusive culture and commitment to service. Abstract iconography, patterns, and bold typography illustrate the power of collaboration, continuous growth, and forward momentum. The design represents a unified effort to build systems that uplift, connect, and actively support the USC community, advancing USC’s mission, moonshots, and values with care, inclusivity, and purpose.
The report’s grid, information architecture, layout, color palette, and typography were crafted into a cohesive visual system that strengthened narrative flow and enhanced readability, developed in close collaboration with HREC leadership to support and visualize their content. The final design elevates the content through dynamic visuals and thoughtfully composed spreads. (Selected spreads below)
