The USC Careers website was redesigned to create a more engaging, cohesive, and brand-forward experience for prospective employees.

Working within the Radancy talent acquisition platform, my role helped shape the refreshed UI and digital experience through updated visual direction aligned with the USC brand, refined interface elements, modular content blocks, and a streamlined user experience that more effectively reflects USC’s values, innovation, and professional community.

The redesign extended the broader USC UI system into the digital environment, creating greater consistency across recruitment touchpoints while establishing a more modern and scalable web experience.

As a primary entry point for prospective employees, the site strengthened USC’s employer brand and created a more cohesive way to communicate the university’s values, innovation, and professional community. The integrated rebrand and campaign contributed to a 42% increase in Apply clicks, along with increased traffic to the USC Careers website.

Motion + Digital Brand Moment

Galactic Federation of Light

Art Direction, Design, & Motion Graphics: Kandace Selnick

As part of the Galactic Federation of Light (GFL) brand and website launch, a cinematic motion sequence was created to introduce the brand’s visual world and establish a more immersive digital experience.

Rooted in themes of futurism, spirituality, illumination, and cosmic exploration, the animation translated GFL’s identity into a dynamic brand expression designed to draw visitors into its narrative from the moment they entered the site.

"Galactic Federation of Light Clothing (GFL) is an apparel brand based in Los Angeles, CA. We invite you to take part in our mission of extending knowledge, truth and positivity to all beings. Join us in becoming forces of light to those around us and raising our consciousness in unison." - GFL

Inspired by the brand emblem and core philosophy, I developed a motion graphics sequence centered around the emergence of a “Light Worker” — a visual metaphor for self-discovery, consciousness, and transformation. Through luminous particles, celestial textures, and evolving light forms, the animation unfolded as an atmospheric storytelling piece that expanded the brand’s visual language beyond static identity elements.

The result was a bold and immersive landing experience that strengthened GFL’s digital presence while creating a more emotionally resonant and cinematic introduction to the brand.

Motion + Digital Brand Moment

Caviar Kaspia

Art Direction, Design, & Motion Graphics: Kandace Selnick

As part of Caviar Kaspia’s North American debut in Los Angeles and the launch of its refreshed website, a cinematic homepage banner was created to capture the brand’s world of luxury, exclusivity, and nightlife culture.

The piece extended Caviar Kaspia’s visual identity into a more immersive digital experience inspired by the glamour and intimacy of its iconic dinners and private events.

"Kaspia has captured the romance and glamour of Caviar while combining it with the highest level of demand and quality, in order to offer moments of exception. A unique universe that can be found in the Restaurant and its Private Rooms." - Caviar Kaspia

Set against a minimal web experience, the motion collage introduced a layered visual language that reflected the opulence of the “Art of Caviar” through rich imagery, editorial composition, and atmospheric storytelling. Drawing from the brand’s legacy of celebrity, fashion, and hospitality, the work evoked the feeling of stepping into an invitation-only world hidden behind closed doors.

The result was an elevated brand moment that strengthened the launch experience while translating Caviar Kaspia’s signature elegance and cultural presence into a more expressive digital format.
