The Wandering Divide

Created for the release of Norte Del Sur by The Wandering Divide, this album explores themes of travel, identity, belonging, and the search for home.

Inspired by a several-year journey across the United States, the four-song collection was shaped by the people, landscapes, and family connections he encountered along the way. The project reflects on questions of belonging and what it means to be American when you are not originally from this land. The title, Norte Del Sur (“North of the South”), references both a physical journey and the layered cultural histories that define the region.

The visual direction draws from this exploration through film photography, minimalist typography, and spacious compositions that evoke a strong sense of place. The typography centers around the moon, symbolizing aspiration, time, and the enduring search for belonging. Together, the imagery and music create a reflective narrative that intertwines landscape, personal history, and the meaning of home.
